Jim is a New Hampshire native and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire system. Charlie hails from the Campton area having attended Plymouth State University. He remained in the North Country where he lives with his wife and two children. Charlie is a Realtor with extensive experience as a sales agent for new construction. We are thrilled to announce that he has recently graduated from an intense eight week course called BOLD which challenges participants to grow their business through careful and thoughtful planning and prospecting. Perhaps he has called you recently? If you are interested in buying or selling, make sure you ask for Charlie! He is our Buyer Specialist - dedicated to finding you a new home!
If you have ever called the Jim Knowlton Home Team, chances are, you have spoken with Lynne. She is the hub of the team, managing all contracts and day to day details to keep our team running smoothly. Lynne's official title is Team Coordinator however, she is active in all parts of the transaction. From offer to acceptance to closing, Lynne is the contact you need. Lynne has been with the team for 3 years. A UNH GraduateShe is from Massachusetts and has been a resident of NH for 26 years. Currently she resides in Loudon with her family.
Join us in welcoming Connie Mullen to the Jim Knowlton Home Team. Connie came to us from Grappone Auto Sales where she worked as a Sales Associate and a Customer Database/Internet Sales Specialist. She is working toward her real estate license and in the meantime, has been aggressively managing client contacts. Connie will take on the position of Showing Assistant and Sales upon completion of her license. Connie grew up in the South End of Concord. She is actively involved in her Church Community and lives in Concord with her son and two daughters.
